During this week’s training session we’ll be looking the Omote & Ura Gyaku, bone-shattering wrist locks, but from the perspective of “principles” that govern nearly all of your other locks, holds, and throwing self-defense techniques.
If you think you know the gyaku-te waza as the joint locks they are (on the surface), that’ll be a great start. But we’re going to be going beyond that to a whole new level of Mastery and skill proficiency.
