This 2nd part of our Ninjutsu self-defense series focuses on how to move faster against an opponent’s attacks but, where part 1 focused on internal factors (brain wiring and the effects of emotional states on the spine), this session focuses on external dynamics on the body to “make” our bodies move faster to avoid, evade, and beat our assailant to the punch… and, here’s the cool thing… EVEN if you’re older, sick, or exhausted and moving slower than you might normally move!
