Bujinkan Ninjutsu | Kurai-Dori (Part 2)

In Bujinkan Ninjutsu training, the concept of Kurai-Dori is more often than not confined to physical kamae practice. Since it’s typically translated as ‘taking proper position,” causing a lot to be lost in translation for those who don’t dig deeper into the self-defense lesson being conveyed, the inner aspects of this critical element within Ninjutsu is often missed or ignored altogether.

In this episode, we’ll be taking a look at something I introduce Bujinkan Ninjutsu students to from the very beginning of their ninpo-taijutsu training. Join me to get a glimpse of just how deep the proverbial “Ninja rabbit-hole” can go!
